Will demon hunters be able to backstrafe like in WoW or will they need to stop and turn in order to shoot, allowing whoever they are kiting to gain ground? If someone could give some basic tips on demon hunter movement I would really appreciate it!

I don't think any sort of strafing will find its way into D3. I think you will find spells that will make your character more mobile (greenheats vid) which will help with kiting, but I don't think you will actively be able to attack and move at the same time.

I agree. I don't think you will see auto-attack micro-ing (like sc2 marine micro or something similar). Kiting will have to be done through effective cool down management and spell usage. I'm pretty sure spells and attacks cannot be made while moving.

This will be good for you Tainted because we all know your micro is sub-par at best. Judging from PvP videos I have seen, it seems as all characters have some form of an escape or chase down spell, ie Barb Jump, Wizard Blink and Demon Hunter Roll. PvP mobility in my opinion will be equal for everybody. Going to come down to who's the best mind-fucker. ;D
